How to Do Online Training

 

To purchase personalized training programs from me, simply email a request to strengthandphysique@yahoo.com.  If I choose to train you online, then I will ask for program payment through Paypal.  When I receive notification of payment, I will email you a questionnaire to acquire all of the information that I need to personalize your program.

 

Once I have received and reviewed your profile, I will email your program in approximately 5-7 days.  Designing your personalized program will take some time and thought.  When you start the program you will email me your training journal every Thursday.  Simply use MS word and record each workout and any comments that need my attention.  This keeps you and me accountable. You have access to me via email during the entire duration of the program.  I will get back to you in a timely manner.  If you do not hear from me, then please check the filters on your email account.

 

 

Frequently Asked Questions

 

Q: How do I qualify as an online client?

 

A: Due to my schedule, I can only take on a limited number of clients.  For online training, I only accept intermediate trainees with some experience in lifting weights.  If you want to be trained online, then you must be able to perform a wide variety of strength exercises safely and without injury.

 

 

Q: What sort of equipment do I need to sign up for your program?

 

A: It will depend on your training goals and what you have access to at home or at the gym.  If you want to get bigger and stronger, then you will need a gym membership or a fully equipped home gym.  If you are a woman who desires fat loss, then at minimum, you will need adjustable dumbbells and resistance bands.

 

 

Q: Is nutrition and supplement information included in the service?

 

A: I am not a nutritionist, so I can only make recommendations based on the answers you provide in the questionnaire. I will provide some basic nutrition guidelines.  The programs I provide are purely strength training programs and do not include a personalized nutrition plan.

 

 

Q: Can I call you up to talk about the program and training advice?

 

A: Online training is simply online training and nothing more.  I am not on-call.

 

 

Q: What if I am not familiar with an exercise in the program?

 

A: I will send you a link and/or description of the exercise.  If the exercise doesn’t work for you, then we can simply change the exercise.

 

 

Q: What do you require of me, the trainee?

 

A: Aside from prompt payment, I ask that you take responsibility for your actions and commit to the program we agree upon.  I ask that at all times you’ll be honest with yourself about what you’ve done and accomplished with regards to training and dieting.  Don’t delude yourself, but praise yourself when appropriate.

 

Online training takes quite a bit of discipline, drive and focus.  You, as the trainee, have to bring all of that to the table.  Unlike personal training, I can’t be there in person to motivate you or troubleshoot your form.  Your success on the program depends you regulating yourself.

 

 

Q: Are your programs appropriate for women?

 

A: Yes, most women need to unlearn a lot of horrendous myths about weight training and diet.  But once they open themselves up to weight training, my female clients make phenomenal progress.

 

 

Q: I do not have a Paypal account.  Can I pay by check?

 

A: For online training, I will only accept Paypal.

 

 

Q: What programs do you offer?
